If You Need to Cancel Your Reservation
Unfortunately there are occasions where you may need to cancel your reservation. If you have not booked directly with us, then you will need to refer to the agent, online travel portal where you made your booking.
- If you instigate the cancellation, then our Cancellation Policy will be applied
- If for whatever reason we instigate the cancellation then it is likely that you will be issued a full refund. This depends upon the circumstances around the cancellation.
Please consider that we have only one room and late cancellations will mean that in most instances, we cannot re-book the room, so we are out of pocket.
Travel Insurance
In these post-COVID times, airlines in particular have become unreliable and regularly change or cancel flights. Also, sometimes guests become ill and cannot travel. We strongly recommend that travellers take out Travel Insurance to cover costs incurred.
Should you be unable to travel through no fault of ours as your hosts, then we will apply our Cancellation Policy. If you have Travel Insurance, then You will be able to make any claims against your travel insurer.
