General Booking Terms & Conditions
- Bookings are held as pending and confirmed once the deposit has been received and cleared.
- AUD $200 or 50% of the total accommodation cost is required as a deposit.
- The Balance of the booking payment is required one month prior to arrival
- Travel Insurance is strongly recommended. As we have only one room our cancellation policy has no wiggle room.
Payment
- We accept Visa, MasterCard.
- We will send you an invoice with a link to make your payment online.
- Catering or Additional Laundry service can be settled on departure.
Cancellation Policy
As we can’t refund due to bad weather or flight issues, travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Confirmed bookings cancelled attract the following costs
- 14-30 days prior to arrival 50% of each night booked
- Less than 14 days notice prior to arrival date / no shows/ or days not used due to late arrivals or premature departures. For each night cancelled – 100%
