Every week Marcus brings the best catch directly to our kitchen, allowing us to serve a curated two-course lunch that celebrates the vibrant, wild flavors of Vanuatu’s waters.
Nestled right by Eton Reef with very limited seating, it’s a quiet, exclusive escape for those who appreciate true “boat-to-plate” dining.
