Booking & Cancellation Policy
- Bookings are held as pending and confirmed once the deposit has been received and cleared.
- AUD $200 is required as a deposit.
- The Balance of the booking payment is required 30 days prior to arrival
- Bookings may be cancelled with no penalty up to 30 days prior to arrival
- Bookings cancelled within 14 – 30 days prior to arrival will be charged 50 % of the tariff.
- Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the tariff.
- No shows will be charged 100% of the tariff.
- Refunds are made less an administration fee of 5% to cover credit card processing fees and administration.
- Travel Insurance is strongly recommended. As we have only one room our cancellation policy has no wiggle room.
